Who is This is a PEN…
We are This is a PEN and we would like to share our story with you.
It has not been an easy journey. A lot has happened, even with life and death repercussions. But the journey made us stronger.
Therefore, our musicality is both strong and fragile. We strive to reflect the uncertainty of life through beautiful melodies.
Our main desire is to be on stage and touch the hearts of as many people as possible.

We have a root in V-rock, J-rock, Classical Music, and Japanese traditional music.
But we really take melody seriously.
What’s valued isn’t genre, but climatic melody.
We perform both as a band and in acoustic setting.
We can play anywhere where there is a piano.In the last months, we have been working with a gaming company to create their ending theme, and have been releasing singles. We are working hard to bring our music to the world.
Our stance is outstanding.
We just announced that we’ll be performing at the FES, the world leading label organized event,
with very famous and powerful supporters.
We have also performed at Japanicon in 2018 and Magnificon in 2019, in Poland, being very successful in this endeavour.
